Brushstrokes Exhibition

 Brushstrokes Exhibition

Saturday 13 November
10am - 3pm

From impressionism to contemporary expressions,  4 women communicate their artistic talent with their paintbrushes.
Colour plays an important role in this exhibition. Colour is used to change the mood and perspective of the paintings appealing to our deepest emotions

“Strong colour scheme and texture are as important as the actual composition of the painting" exhibiting artist Yuliya Yakovenko

Kobie Bosch  - paints to music, from classical Baroque right through to African drums. Music helps her focus on her work.

Yuliya Yakovenko - is inspired by the great masters around the world.  She experiments with colours, textures and styles in order to bring her painting alive.

Pamela Morrison  - Seeks to immerse herself in each painting to capture her emotional response – the spiritual dimension.

Samantha Van Stralendorff  -paintings are distinguished by their physicality, vibrant colours and often storybook-like imagery.

Artist foundations come from Ukraine, South Africa to the rich Australia countryside.

Don’t miss this opportunity to see the talent of these four women all with very different artistic and cultural backgrounds but all with a common artistic flare for painting.
